SALT; Sound Art Lab of Tehran

SALT is a specialized workspace dedicated to "Sound Art"—a platform for artists, researchers, and sound explorers to engage with sound and listening as both an artistic and social practice. SALT integrates creative work, research, and performance within a physical environment specifically designed for experimentation, collaboration, and production.

SALT supports projects through every stage of development. By providing a co-working space and facilities for prototyping, we enable artists to transform their initial ideas into tangible works. Our technical infrastructure, combined with expert consultancy, provides a foundation for producing high-quality work, while our facilitation supports artists as they navigate technical and artistic challenges.

With an unwavering focus on "sound," we create a hub for interdisciplinary collaboration. These collaborations extend across the realms of art and culture, as well as engagements with businesses, educational institutions, and research centers.
